We moved to the Indianapolis Metropolitan area a couple of months ago from out of state (Virginia / DC region). I tried to get a head start on the process since I was moving for work, I contacted Stacy almost eight months before the move so that I can get an idea about the local areas, schools, housing prices, and neighborhoods. Stacy was extremely helpful and patient through this process. Normally real estate Agents would get impatient with such a long process and would pressure the client to make a decision but Stacy was very appreciative of the whole process and always related to me that moving is not and easy undertaking so she tried to make it as smooth as possible. She completely cleared her schedule (usually once a month for a couple of days) and was able to show me homes in different locations ant all pricepoits to get me an idea of how much I needed to spend to get what myr family needed. Once we were ready to movet othe next stage, Stacy was very helpful in getting my family familiarized with the new city and was an instant friend to our kids while me and my wife focussed on looking for our future home. Stacy is very familiar with the Indianapolis suburbs, and she is extremely resourceful. It is no surprize that her friendly personality has led her to have a strong network of people in the real estate industry and contractors who can help turn a house into your dream home. With Stacy's help we were able to get our choices down to a final few and eventually settled on a lovely home that we are now very happily settled into. My kids enjoy the company of several like-aged children around us and when we look at the house, neighborhood, schools and the community, we could not have asked for more. It was not an easy process and there were times we really got frustrated but Stacy was able to get us calm and move on so that we could continue with our eventual objective. We feel that we had an extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgable agent on our side who helped us get the best house for the best price in the desireld location. We not only have an agent in Stacy but we feel we have found a really good friend as well.
